This is the kind of stuff I used to dream about when I was a kid. Wired magazine writes about the “World’s Most Advanced Bionic Arm“. It’s a combination of advanced engineering, neuro and computer science. In the article, they talk about surgically re-routing nerves, using pattern recognition to interpret signals from the brain and sending tactile feedback to the brain.
